Commissioner: XYZ Gallery

Artwork Description:

The artwork covered under this agreement is titled “Sunset Bliss,” created by the artist, and located at 123 Art Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001, or other specified pieces as mutually agreed.

Terms of Engagement:

The artist agrees to create and deliver original artwork as per the specifications provided by the commissioner, in accordance with agreed timelines and standards.

Compensation:

The commissioner shall pay the artist a total fee of $5,000, payable in installments as outlined in the project milestones, or upon completion and approval of the artwork.

Artist Responsibilities:

The artist shall produce the artwork in accordance with the agreed specifications, maintain regular communication, and deliver the work within the specified deadlines.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Los Angeles County.
