Sublessor: Jane Doe

Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, or other designated premises as specified herein.
Term of Sublet:
This sublet shall commence on ____________________ and end on ____________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.
Rent and Payment:
The sublessee agrees to pay a monthly rent of $______, payable on the first day of each month. Payment shall be made to the sublessor at the address specified or as otherwise instructed.
Sublessor Responsibilities:
