Service Description:
Lance Solutions Inc. shall provide technology consulting and implementation services at the location specified by the client, subject to the terms outlined herein.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay Lance Solutions Inc. a fixed fee of $10,000, payable in accordance with the schedule set forth in this agreement, upon completion of each milestone.
Client Responsibilities:
