Media Description and Usage:
The undersigned grants permission for the use of photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media depicting the individual and/or property described above. Consent and Release:
The undersigned hereby grants the Releasee permission to use, reproduce, and distribute the media as described. The undersigned releases the Releasee from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of the media, including but not limited to claims of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.
Duration:
