Parties Involved:
Landlord: ABC Properties Ltd.
Address: 123 Maple Avenue, Calgary, AB T2P 2Z4
Tenant: John Doe
Address: 456 Elm Street, Calgary, AB T2N 3Z9
Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Sunshine Road, Calgary, AB T2H 1K1, or another designated address as specified herein.
Rent and Purchase Terms:
The tenant shall pay a monthly rent of $1,500. with an option to purchase the property at a future date, with agreed purchase price and terms outlined herein.
Landlord Responsibilities:
The landlord agrees to maintain the property in habitable condition and allow the tenant to perform inspections and repairs as necessary, in accordance with Alberta tenancy laws.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
