Scope of Services:
The consultant shall provide advisory and strategic consulting services related to the client’s business operations, as detailed in Schedule A, attached herein.
Compensation Terms:
The client agrees to pay the consultant a fee of $10,000 per month, payable within 15 days of receipt of invoice, for the duration of this agreement.
Consultant Responsibilities:
