Property Description:

The leased premises are located at 789 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 1M3, or other designated property as specified herein.

Lease Terms:

The tenant agrees to rent the property for a period of 12 months, commencing on the 1st day of June, 2024, and ending on the 31st day of May, 2025, at a monthly rent of $2,000 payable in advance on the first day of each month.
