Parties Involved:

Parking Space Owner: XYZ Parking Inc.
Address: 123 Parking Lot Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Permitholder: John Doe
Address: 456 Elm Street, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Parking Space Description:

The parking space subject to this agreement is located at 123 Parking Lot Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90001, designated as Space #45, or as otherwise specified in subsequent negotiations.

Terms of Use:

The permitholder shall have the right to use the designated parking space for the duration specified herein, subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the owner.

Payment Terms:

The permitholder agrees to pay a monthly fee of $100, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Payment shall be made to XYZ Parking Inc. at the address specified above.

Permitholder Responsibilities:
