Event Details:
The catering service is to be provided at 789 Event Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90015, or another location as agreed upon.
Scope of Services:
The caterer shall provide food, beverages, and associated catering services for the event, including setup and cleanup, as specified in the attached menu and service agreement.
Payment Terms:
The total fee for catering services shall be $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this contract and 50% within 24 hours before the event.
Caterer Responsibilities:
The caterer agrees to provide all food and beverage items as specified, ensure food safety standards, and coordinate with the client regarding setup and service times.
Governing Law:
