Parties Involved:

Scope of Services:
The service provider shall perform commercial cleaning services at the client’s premises located at 456 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94102, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restocking supplies, as detailed in Schedule A.
Terms and Payment:
The client agrees to pay the service provider a fee of $2,000 per month for the duration of this agreement, payable within 5 days of invoice receipt. Payments shall be made via check or electronic transfer.
Provider Responsibilities:
The service provider shall perform cleaning duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant health and safety standards applicable in California, including COVID-19 protocols if necessary.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved within the courts of San Francisco County.
Additional Terms:
