Parties Involved:
Client: John Doe
Address: 123 Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Service Provider: ABC Services LLC
Address: 456 Service Road, Los Angeles, CA 90002
Scope of Services:
The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services for the Client as detailed in the attached Schedule A, including but not limited to consulting, support, and project management.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Service Provider a total fee of $10,000, payable in installments as described in Schedule B. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
Responsibilities of the Service Provider:
The Service Provider shall perform the services with reasonable skill and diligence, adhering to industry standards and applicable laws.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be addressed within the courts of Los Angeles County.
Additional Provisions:
- The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary information for the Service Provider to perform their duties.
