Wedding Photography Contract Sample

Event Details:
The wedding event is scheduled to take place at Sunset Gardens, 456 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90003 on August 15, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or as otherwise specified.
Services and Deliverables:
The photographer shall provide full-day coverage of the wedding, including pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception, with an estimated delivery of 200 edited high-resolution images within four weeks following the event.
Payment Terms:
The total fee for services is $2,000, with a non-refundable deposit of $500 due upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance shall be paid no later than the day before the event.
Photographer Responsibilities:
The photographer agrees to perform all duties with professional skill and to deliver the images as specified. The client will cooperate in scheduling and access requirements to facilitate the photography services.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved within Los Angeles County courts.
Additional Provisions:
- The client agrees to provide access to the venue and any necessary permissions at least two weeks prior to the event.
- Alterations to the date or location must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
- All images are the property of the photographer but licensed for personal use by the client.
