Job Description:

The employee shall serve as a Software Developer, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining company software applications, reporting directly to the CTO.

Compensation:

The employee shall receive an annual salary of $80,000, payable in bi-weekly installments, subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Work Hours & Location:

The standard work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the company’s Los Angeles office, or as otherwise agreed.

Employment Terms:

This employment is at-will, meaning either party may terminate the contract with or without cause, upon providing written notice according to applicable law.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Los Angeles County.
