Purpose of Disclosure:

The parties wish to share certain confidential information for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship related to technology development and collaboration.

Definition of Confidential Information:

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, any technical, business, or other proprietary information disclosed in written, oral, or electronic form, marked or identified as confidential.

Obligations of Receiving Party:

The receiving party shall keep all disclosed confidential information strictly secret, shall not disclose it to third parties, and shall not use it for any purpose other than evaluating the potential business relationship, unless authorized in writing.

Duration of Confidentiality:
