Property Description:
The property under management is located at 789 Pine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90003, or other properties as specified in this agreement.
Management Terms:
The property manager shall be entitled to a management fee of 8% of the monthly rental income, payable on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed upon.
Manager Responsibilities:
