Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Social Media Solutions

Client: ABC Business Corp

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to manage and create social media content, oversee accounts, and strategize marketing campaigns for the Client across specified platforms during the term of this agreement.

Compensation:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of $2,000 per month, payable within 5 days of receipt of invoice, for services rendered under this contract.
