Product Description:
The supplier agrees to supply the goods described as electronics components, as detailed in Schedule A, to the purchaser at the terms specified herein.
Supply Terms:
The supplier shall deliver the products conforming to the specifications and deadlines outlined in Schedule B. Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice and delivery.
Supplier Responsibilities:
